Our Mission

Love from Lincoln—Hope from Hailey is inspired by our brave heart warrior Lincoln and his incredible little sister Hailey. We know how hard the heart transplant journey can be. Our goal is to provide emotional, financial, and community-based support to families and children waiting or recovering from heart transplants.
